It must be a horrible, sick nightmare. This can't be real. I'll wake up and it'll be over. I'll wake up and everything will be the way it was yesterday. I'll wake up and-
But I cant...
I can't ever wake up.

The house stood still there.
Void of the life it once harboured.
Comings and goings of adults and kids, musical tones and angry shouting.
Its grey slate front and roof, broken by closed windows, is suggesting
immobile air indoors, thick with history.
But this suggestion of course is instilled by the involved observer hesitating in front of the house on the sidewalk.

Years have gone by and now a funeral brought her back
to the house in which her soul was first raised then shattered.
She is supposed to go inside and let herself
be engulfed and crushed by immob

The midnight falls upon
The city, like a blanket
Of black & blue.
And to lift this strangeness
And coldness, I think quietly
Of you.
The warmer days of your smile,
The breath's ocean currents,
The kisses that came as
Fires, so lovely and strange
& sudden!
The nights of the stormy
Planets, when the atmosphere
Felt dense as an oven's,
Because we were together,
Flaming, foolishly loving!
And now we're physically
Separated, and maybe it is right,
But I still think of you
When the blanket, falls
In the form of the midnight.

I wrote this one-shot when I heard about Bob Bryar leaving My Chemical Romance. It hit me really hard, as he was my inspiration. I was devistated and when I feel strongly about something, I have to write, like I did with My Worst Nightmare. It's healing. I read this later on in the week and decided to upload it.

WTF. when did bob bryar leave my chemical romance? i mean granted, i haven't listened to the band since they went radio friendly. But i used to literally be obsessed with Gerard Way. Like he was my biggest inspiration. When did he leave? and under what pretenses?
